The issue affecting the management network connectivity across Boden and associated satellite sites has now been fully resolved.
Root cause was linked to a routing issue on an upstream ISP circuit (CoreBackbone), which has now been restored. Additionally, one of the affected VPN tunnels in Boden was deactivated to stabilize the routing path.
All management interfaces (OOB/BMC) are now accessible, and connectivity has returned to normal across all impacted locations.

Update
We’re pleased to report that management network connectivity has now been fully restored at our Lefdal site. Access to out-of-band (OOB), BMC, and other management interfaces is now operational.
Work is still ongoing with our upstream ISP and internal teams to ensure continued stability across other affected sites. We remain actively engaged in monitoring and validating connectivity in all regions.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting access to the management network across several data center locations, including Boden and remote satellite sites.
This includes out-of-band (OOB) management and BMC access to some infrastructure nodes, which may impact tasks such as power cycling or infrastructure-level troubleshooting. No customer production workloads are affected by this issue.
Initial analysis has identified a routing fault originating from one of our upstream ISP providers. Our teams are actively engaged in communication with the provider’s technical support to diagnose and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
A war room has been initiated and our network engineering team is working to implement mitigation steps where possible.
