Root Cause:
Link started to flap on 11 October at 11:41:59 UTC, possibly due to Corebackbone’s provider maintenance activity. The multiple link flaps triggered our device’s err-disable feature, which automatically shut down the interface to prevent further flapping issues

Resolution:
Reset the interface to clear the err-disable state and bring the link back up. verified that the link is healthy with no errors increasing post-recovery.
