GlobalSwitch - Planned Maintenance – CHW Fan Wall Migration on Level 5 (CPWN-2602b)

GlobalSwitch London East will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Chilled Water (CHW) fan wall units on Level 5, Room E01. This involves the migration of 18 fan wall units from the old CHW system to the new NE chiller quadrant.

Scheduled: 08 April – 30 April 2026 (23 days, 24hr operation including weekends)
Location: London East, Level 5, Room E01

During this maintenance, cooling redundancy in the affected area will be temporarily reduced. The SLA threshold of 30°C will be maintained throughout, with a backout trigger at 28.5°C. A post-migration stress test will raise supply air to 27°C for approximately 2 hours per unit.

We do not anticipate any impact to customer services. We will provide updates throughout the maintenance window.
