Please be advised that works to replace the two main entrance Circlelock doors at the LONE building will commence on Sunday, 4 October. The works are expected to take at least three weeks to complete.
To minimise disruption and maintain safe access throughout the project, the doors will be replaced in stages. The southern entrance door, closest to the reception desk, will be replaced first. While these works are underway, access through the main entrance will be reduced, with the remaining door continuing to provide access to the building. Temporary hoarding will be installed around one door at a time to securely segregate the works area and maintain a safe passage into and out of the building.
The busiest period is expected to be during the morning peak, particularly between 07:30 and 09:00. If congestion develops during this time, PAC holders and VAC card holders may be directed to enter via Pod B, where a member of the Security team will be available to assist and facilitate access.
Please follow all directions provided by the Security team while the works are in progress. We recommend allowing a little additional time when arriving at LONE, particularly during peak periods.
We apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause and appreciate your patience and cooperation while this essential upgrade is completed. Further updates will be provided should there be any changes to the programme or access arrangements.
