Maintenance Window: * 13th June 2026, 07:00–15:00 UTC
Reason for Maintenance: We will be upgrading our Pure Storage array from version 6.5.4 to the latest required version. This upgrade addresses a known issue involving a Token Exchange service memory leak, which can impact the array management interface.
Expected Duration: Up to 8 hours per maintenance window.
Scope of Work: The upgrade will be performed by Pure Storage engineers.
Expected Impact: The storage environment is designed with redundancy and the upgrade will be carried out on one controller at a time. As a result, we do not expect a complete loss of service. However, there is a small risk of temporary disruption. In rare cases:
* A host may lose connectivity despite multipathing protections * This could cause the system to enter a read-only file system state * A reboot of the affected host may be required, resulting in brief downtime
Mitigation Measures: We will actively monitor the upgrade throughout the maintenance window. If any hosts are affected, we will take immediate action, including rebooting servers where necessary, to minimise impact and restore normal service as quickly as possible.
Communication Plan: We will provide updates during the maintenance window and a confirm once all work has been successfully completed.
