UPS Test - Bulk DC (ndcloud-odin)

There will be conducted alarm testing on the UPS's for DCM101. Buld DC will test 1 by 1 battery rack, on 1 UPS at the time, which will not give any operational disturbance. There will be a slight reduction in UPS capacity, but Buld DC will still have more than enough to support the current load.

The reason is to verify alarms and safety function of the UPS's.

The work will start week 25 and continue to end week 26
